Besides intellectual development of the personality being achieved inside the classroom, aesthetic development , physical growth and creativity gets better inculcated outside the classroom through co – curricular activities.
An annual excursion is organised by D.A.V. Riverside Ambala Cantt. It was an educational cum fun tour to *Tree Farm House*, *Zirakpur for students of class 2*. The Tree house Farm have a multitude of activities to choose farm. Students have enjoyed many activities like Tractor riding , Roping , Tug of war , Dance Floor , Visit to School , Tree house , Bullock Cart, Obstacle course, Lush green garden and so on. It was an educational trip as well as fun trip wherein the students got to see, to learn and to explore.
